Three Nigerian police traffic officers have reportedly brutalised, stripped, and arrested a tricycle operator at Idi Odo, Felele area of Ibadan, Oyo State. The victim, popularly known as Keke Moruwa, was reportedly assaulted in broad daylight on Friday, despite claiming he had committed no traffic offence. He said the officers dragged him out of his tricycle, beat him mercilessly, and tore off his clothes before taking him away in handcuffs.
