An Islamic teacher has been arrested by security operatives after he was caught molesting his students in Niger State. The suspect had already inflicted injuries on the victims before the intervention of the security officers. The officers received information only about a 3- year- old victim but when an investigation was commenced, it was realized that many students had been victimized by the teacher, the detailed report will be discussed here.

The operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Niger State have apprehended a 43- year- old Islamic teacher, Mallam Nura Suleiman, for allegedly molesting some young students. The teacher was mainly arrested after he molested a 3- year- old pupil at a building behind the Niger Hotel in Suleja, Suleja Local Government Area of the State.

It was gathered that the security agency received credible intelligence about what the suspect did to the pupil (male. The residents might have contacted the agency after they caught the teacher in the act. On getting to the area, the information was true, there were injuries on the victim’ s body, he was rescued and the teacher was arrested. The victim was rushed to the General Hospital in Suleja, for quick medical attention.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the teacher was found of beaten his students without mercy, disregarding the fact that they are young children. After the 3- year- old boy was rescued, the operatives found out that four other children were beaten without mercy by the suspect. The students were seen with scars on their backs.
