“Tell Women On Their Period To Stop Paying Tithe, Offerings In Your Church”- Evang. Ebuka Obi Slammed
Following a recent comment made by Evangelist Ebuka Obi, an actress simply identified as Chike Lann has slammed the founder of Zion Ministry.
It is recalled that earlier in the week, Evangelist Obi had condemned Prophetesses who lay their hands on men while on their monthly period.
The clergyman insisted that a woman has no right to lay her hands on a man while menstruating.

He added that women who carry out such an act have evil spirits in them.
According to Evangelist Ebuka Obi who spoke in Igbo language, it is a berating practice for women who are prophetesses to have spiritual authority over men in the church.
He said in part, “How can a woman bleeding and wearing pad be laying hands on a man to pray for them while claiming they are Prophetesses, they are just women being disturbed by demons. Such error must be corrected.”
Evangelist Obi’s statement was greeted with various reactions, with some people slamming him for his comments.

However, sharing her thoughts on the preacher’s submission, Lann took to Instagram to ask the preacher if he would reject offerings and tithes from women in his church who were menstruating, hinting at the fact that he would probably still accept the offering.
