Assassins Attack Woman In Her Shop, Shoot Her Dead In Front Of Her Workers In Delta
Some armed men suspected to be assassins have successfully carried out their operation by murdering a woman in Delta State. The woman who owned a chemist store in the community was sitting in front of her shop when she met her death. The attack was witnessed by some of the residents who could not do anything to help the woman.
A middle- aged woman simply identified as Judith has been killed in front of her shop in the Urhobo community of Ovwor- Olomu, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State. The deceased who was in her early 40s was killed in her shop which was a few meters away from a police checkpoint along Oteri- Ughelli/ Ovwor road and despite that, she was murdered without her killer being arrested.
A source who witnessed the attack disclosed that the woman owned a chemist store at Ekiugbo- Ughelli before she established a new branch at Ovwor- Olomu, where she was murdered, she recently moved to that area. It was narrated that she was sitting in front of her shop when her killers came with a vehicle and parked at the front of her shop, they alighted and walked straight to the woman, they thought the men wanted to buy something until they told the woman to follow them to their car.
She resisted and in the process, the miscreants brought out a gun, shot the woman in the leg before they shot her in the throat, which led to her instant death. The miscreants entered their car and drove off immediately after carrying out their operation, nobody could stop them because they were armed with weapons.
