The pump action gun- wielding Catholic priest was seen in the footage reciting his prayers while walking down the street. Nigerians have responded to this in different ways, with some claiming that his move is essential.
The video went viral after terrorists stormed the Shere community in the Jos Eastern Area of Plateau State on Saturday night, killing two persons.
According to confirmed accounts, the regrettable incident also resulted in the community’ s properties being destroyed. Additionally, President Bola Tinubu of Nigeria issued marching orders to the security agencies on Tuesday, denouncing the horrific killing of over 195 villagers in Plateau State.
Channels TV reported that the President immediately ordered raids in every zone inside the Plateau communities where the unfortunate occurrence occurred.
It was reported that the assailants wrecked residences and looted farm produce in addition to setting fire to other houses.
Tuesday saw President Bola Tinubu denounce horrific and vicious attacks in the Plateau State local government areas of Bokkos and Barkin- Ladi, which tragically claimed many lives. He also promised that those responsible would face justice.
