Native Doctor Pins Down Businesswoman Inside Shrine, Rapes & Dupes Her Of Millions; See How He Was EXPOSED
A man named Nurudeen Ibrahim, a native physician, has been sentenced to spend the next five years of his life in prison for tricking a woman, 50 years of age into engaging in unlawful séxual intércourse with him and scamming her of a whooping sum of N8 million under the pretence of resurrecting her failing business in Ekiti state.
Credible findings by local news reporters revealed that, the the Presiding Magistrate, Olatomiwa Daramola found the accused guilty of all the above- mentioned charges bordering on obtaining property by deception and punished him appropriately.
However, Ibrahim, the convict, was charged by the police to court on 2nd August, 2022, with three counts of conspiracy, fraud, and indecent assault under the criminal law of the state whereby he was found culpable of the offenses.
” I find the defendant not guilty for offence of conspiracy, he is discharged and acquitted. However, he is found guilty of the offence of obtaining by false pretences to wit fraud, and convicted accordingly. He is hereby sentenced to five years imprisonment with hard labour, or an option of restitution of the sum of N8 million, being the amount the convict admitted to have obtained from the victim, which the Court has found to be under false pretence, in lieu of imprisonment” .
