Nnamdi Kanu Will Never Be Released Under Tinubu? IPOB Lawyer Sends Strong Accusations To Tinubu, Promised This
Aloy Ejimakor, the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, and Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, claimed on Monday that President Bola Tinubu, not the courts, is responsible for the agitator’ s detention. Ejimakor asserted that Tinubu has the authority to order the Attorney General of the Federation to halt Kanu’ s trial, using Section 174 of the constitution, since he is the final arbiter.
Ejimakor posted on X and stated: ” #MNK is being held by the President, not the Court. According to Section 174 of the Constitution, ” the Attorney General may stop any criminal trial initiated by him” that involves any individual. may instruct the AGF to halt MNK’ s trial. Ejimakor also disputed the assertions of a single Nigerian, claiming that Igbos are being punished for supporting Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP.

Nnamdi Kanu who is currently in the prison custody is standing trail against the Nigerian government and from all indications according to his lawyer, he will never be released from the custody. Just few days ago his followers gathered thinking that he will be released from t but so unfortunate he was remanded in prison custody.
