UNBELIEVABLE: Nigerian Police Reportedly Rape Biafran Boys, Girls, Kill Many People In Igboland
Simon Ekpa, a self- proclaimed Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, has made serious allegations against the Nigerian Police. He accused them of carrying out extrajudicial killings, rape, torture, and extortion. These accusations have sparked outrage, especially among those supporting the Biafra independence movement.
Ekpa, a prominent figure advocating for the independence of Biafra, claimed that the police have been targeting innocent people, particularly the Igbos, who are seen as the main supporters of the Biafra cause. According to Ekpa, these unlawful actions are being carried out with little to no consequences for the officers involved.
In his statement, Ekpa said, ” Police in Nigeria commit extrajudicial killings, torture, rape, and extortion with relative impunity. Nigeria Police Force personnel routinely carry out summary executions of persons accused or suspected of crime; rely on torture as a principal means of investigation; commit rape of both sexes, with a particular focus on sex workers; and engage in extortion at nearly every opportunity. ”
These accusations have drawn attention to the longstanding issues within Nigeria’ s law enforcement system. There have been numerous reports over the years of police brutality, unlawful arrests, and other human rights violations in the country. However, Ekpa’ s claims have added a new layer of concern, especially as they focus on the Igbos, who have a history of being marginalized in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, supporters of Ekpa has expressed their opinions as follows; @NsoforObiageli wrote; ” Terrible set of people 💔we have all evidences of all their crimes! J1hadist terr0rist in uniform! Biafrans are ready to defend themselves against their inhumane actions against us. Remove them from Biafra land now or d1e. ”
