Throwback Story Of The Female Witch Doctor Who Confessed To Solve All Problems In T. B Joshua’s Synagogue
Olipha Dube, a former traditional healer, shared her story of deliverance at a church service, revealing the dark secrets of her past and the dangers of seeking help from traditional healers and witchdoctors.
Dube’ s journey into the world of traditional healing began when her nursing career stalled. Desperate for a solution, she turned to a herbalist who told her she had a gift from her ancestors and encouraged her to become a sangoma (traditional healer). She underwent initiation, which involved incisions being made on her body and dark substances being rubbed into her skin to infuse her with spiritual powers.
As she delved deeper into the world of traditional healing, Dube built an altar in her bedroom and erected a house in her garden dedicated to her ancestors. She claimed to have received powers from her ancestors, including the ability to see into the spiritual world and communicate with spirits. She used these powers to help others, but soon realized that her solutions came with a steep price.
” The more you go to traditional healers, the more you use these charms, the more you go deeper and deeper into your problems, ” Dube warned. ” The aim is to get people hooked. Once a person gets hooked, it’ s impossible to get them out. ”
Dube’ s own life began to unravel as she struggled with financial challenges and fear. She was haunted by spirits and lived in constant fear of death. Despite her efforts to find solutions through traditional healing, her situation only grew worse.
It wasn’ t until she stumbled upon a Christian station, Emmanuel TV, that Dube found hope. She was drawn to the teachings of Prophet T. B. Joshua and eventually visited The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria, where she received deliverance.
” The moment the prophet prayed for me, I felt a big force blowing me, ” Dube recalled. ” I felt something deep inside my tummy shifting and shaking my intestines in an uncontrollable way. I knew I was delivered. ”
Since her deliverance, Dube has found peace and tranquility. She now advises people to seek help from Jesus Christ, stating that traditional healing and witchcraft offer no solutions.
” If you want to be a Christian, be a Christian, ” Dube urged. ” Don’ t go to traditional doctors and herbalists. There is no solution there. You will finish your money, and at the end of the day, it will eat up even things that you did not get through them. The only solution is Jesus Christ. ”
Dube’ s story serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of seeking help from traditional healers and the importance of seeking spiritual guidance from a trusted source. Her experiences highlight the need for discernment and the importance of seeking help from those who truly have our best interests at heart.
