Nigeria SHAKES As Protesters Take Over POLICE ARMOURED Tank In Kaduna; See What They Did With It [Video]
Amid the #EndBadGovernance protest, some youths on Monday took over armoured tank which belong to the Nigerian Police Force, Kaduna State command.
In a video which has gone viral, the protesting youths could be seen mounted the Armored Personnel Carrier (APC). It was gathered that the incident happened in the Tudun Wada Area of Kaduna South Local Government.
Speaking about the incident, a police officer who spoke to the newsmen said, contrary to the claim that the armored tank was hijacked, the protesters did not gain entry, only mounting it while policemen inside drove the vehicle to dismount them.
” The protesters did not take over our APC; they only mounted it. The policemen in the APC had to use tactical maneuver to get the protesters off so that they would not damage it and it was safely returned, ” the State Police Public Relations Officer Mansur Hassan, said.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that the Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani has declared a curfew in Kaduna metropolis and Zaria to check the excesses of protesters as the demonstration turns violence in the State.
Similarly, President Bola Tinubu has reportedly ordered a total clampdown on the protesters flying Russian flag across the Northern part of the country. The demonstrators were reportedly calling for the intervention of Russia as they were clamouring for a change of government.
” The President is clear on his instructions for us not to accept anyone that wants to disrupt the peace and tranquility of Nigeria, ” he added, stating that the military will take necessary action to deal with the miscreants.
