BREAKING: Identity Of 2 Former Northern Governors Allegedly Sponsoring #EndBadGovt Protesters Carrying Russian Flags EXPOSED
In a recent development that has caught the attention of many Nigerians, Jackson Ude, a former aide to ex- President Goodluck Jonathan and an independent journalist, has made serious allegations against two former northern governors. These allegations concern their involvement in the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protests in Nigeria.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, as cited by LATEST_NEWS Blog, Ude claimed that former Governor Nasir El- Rufai of Kaduna State and ‘ wanted’ Yahaya Bello of Kogi State are allegedly behind protesters carrying Russian flags in the northern states. This revelation has added a new dimension to the already tense situation surrounding the protests.
Ude’ s post read: ” NIGERIEN MILITARY JUNTA USING YAHAYA BELLO, ELRUFAI TO HIJACK NORTHERN PROTEST, SPREAD RUSSIAN FLAGS. Former Governors Yahaya Bello of Kogi State and Nasir El- Rufai of Kaduna State have been sponsoring the Northern protest, coordinating, and funding them from Niger Republic. They also commissioned the sewing and distribution of Russian flags in the North. ”
He further alleged that both former governors are working with the Nigerien Military Junta, led by General Abdourahamane Tchiani, to destabilize Northern Nigeria and potentially the entire country. According to Ude, informants confirmed that Yahaya Bello and Nasir El- Rufai are collaborating with the Nigerien junta to achieve their aims.
Ude also mentioned that the former governors are allegedly reaching out to some military officers through the Minister of State for Defence, Mohammed Bello Matawalle, with the possible intention of toppling the current government.
Additionally, Ude claimed that Matawalle and Usman Shugaba, the Chief Personal Security Officer (CPSO) to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are allegedly providing information to Bello and El- Rufai.
