ATTENTION! Governor’s Phone Number Hacked, Govt Issues Urgent Warning
The Osun State Government has issued an urgent alert to members of the public regarding a security breach involving one of the telephone numbers of Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State.
Members of the public are urged to ignore communications from the compromised number, +234 803 365 7555, which has been hacked, prompting an urgent public alert.
In an official statement, the spokesperson to the Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, advised the public to ignore any calls or messages originating from the compromised number. “Please disregard any solicitation from +234 803 365 7555.” Rasheed added. “Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy the situation.”
Authorities are currently investigating the breach and are working diligently to secure the Governor’s communication lines.
The public is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

Elsewhere, the former Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi, has lamented the absence of courageous people who can speak truth to power. He also spoke on public office holders and the need to use public funds for the people they are serving. This is as he mentioned why he can do whatever he likes with his money now.
Obi who spoke on Saturday, during the 10th anniversary of Alaigbo Development Foundation (ADF) in Umuahia, Abia State, regretted that the country had abundance of praise singers who tell leaders what they want to hear.
Obi, who recalled how he judiciously managed public funds while in office as Governor of Anambra State, also charged public leaders to use public funds for the people.
He charged them to make people- centred policies and pursue programmes that promote public peace.
