Governor gives Methodists kudos
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has hailed Methodist Church Nigeria for inculcating good morals in Nigerians.
He greeted the church on its 41st Council of Bishops meeting.
Sanwo-Olu, represented by his Chief of Staff, Tayo Ayinde, said at opening of the meeting in Hoare’s Memorial Methodist Cathedral, Lagos, the church had contributed to development of the country.

The Prelate, Dr. Oliver Aba, thanked God on behalf of the church for witnessing the 41st Council of Bishops meeting.
Others at the event are host, Archbishop, Rev. Obafemi Adeleye, Lay President of Conference, Sir (Ide) Ifeanyin Okechukwu, Secretary of Conference, Rev. Babatunde Taiwo, Prelate Emeritus, Dr. Sunday Makinde and Dr. Samuel Chukwuemeka Kanu Uche.
