OMG! ! Tinubu’s Wife Is Not A YORUBA Woman? See Her Tribe And State That SHOCKED Everyone
Lawyer Maxwell Opara has talked about President Tinubu’ s relationship to the Igbo people. Opara said in a video released by AIT that Tinubu’ s wife is Igbo by descent and that her mother is from Delta State.
According to him, there is a widespread expectation that Tinubu, a democrat with strong Igbo roots, will assist the Igbo people. He added that many were hoping Tinubu will treat Igbos more favorably than former President Buhari did. Opara stated that stronger support and representation for Igbos in the nation should result from Tinubu’ s wife’ s connections to the Igbo community.
In Maxwell Opara’ s words: ” We thought that Tinubu is a democrat who is even married from Igbo. His wife is from Delta, they are Igbos. Forget about what they are claiming, they are Igbos. You can’ t tell me that you are not Igbo and you are answering Emeka” .
Opinion: Let him observe that the Urhobos, Isokos, Itsekiris, and Izons of Delta State are not Igbos; these ethnic groups have different languages and customs. The mother of Tinubu’ s bride is from Itsekiri, in Delta state. There is absolutely no connection between Itsekiris and Igbos. Nonetheless, there are Igbos in the Delta region around Asaba.
That some individuals don’ t understand history is really unfortunate. Firstly, Tinubu’ s spouse is only partially Deltan and cannot legitimately claim to be from Deltan state because her mother is itsekiri and not her father. Second, Delta is not an Igbo state because only one of the three senators from the state, the Deltan North senator, shares affinities with the Igbo people.
Oluremi Tinubu is actually from Ogun State, namely in Ijebuland Okelugbogun, not Delta State. Her father is from Okelugbogun, which is in Ogun State’ s Ijebu North East local government area. Delta State is the home of her mother.
She is Omo Ikusebiala’ s daughter from Okelugbogun. Baba married her mother at Delta State, where she began working. Ijebu Woman is the first lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
