BOMBSHELL!! Deeper Life’s Pastor Kumuyi Relocates To UK After Convincing Nigerians To Back Tinubu
The general overseer and founder of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Folorunsho Kumuyi, has moved to London, United Kingdom.
Since some internet users thought the video was old, others questioned its current relevance. In an interview with an unidentified UK media outlet, he made this claim in a widely shared social media video.
According to him, the church now has branches in 40 countries, including the UK. It has spread to over 60 nations globally. Nigerians on social media responded to Pastor Kumuyi’ s remarks in a variety of ways, with some criticizing him for going abroad and leaving Nigeria.
In August 2023, following the election, the well-respected clergyman faced criticism from online users when he urged Nigerians to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’ s administration. Tinubu was battling for his mandate in court at the time because of disagreements over his electoral triumph and educational background. Stop criticizing the President’s conduct, Kumuyi said; if Nigerians accept his administration, God will work through Tinubu and utilize him and his cabinet colleagues as tools to build Nigeria.
He said, “If you look at the new ministers one by one, you’ll see the good things they’ ve done either as state governors of the past or as former ministers, and I would say they have been carefully chosen.
“If we support and accept them and if we are not criticising their every step, we believe that God will walk through them and use them as instruments to build our nation.”
Many Nigerians were not pleased with his relocation to the UK and labelled him a hypocrite. Meanwhile, some netizens disputed the currency of the video as some believed that the footage was from many years ago.
