HEARTLESS!! SEE How 20- Year-Old Kidnappers Killed And Buried Their Victim Before Demanding For N10 Million Ransom
The Adamawa state police command has detained two suspects, Mukhtar Mohammed, 20, and Hussein Suleiman, 20, in connection with the alleged kidnapping of a 6-year-old boy named Eboka Edwin, and their subsequent demand for N10 million ransom from the victim’s father.
Edwin Eze, the deceased’s father and a resident of Tudun Wada village in Ganye LGA, went to the police station. on May 8 to report that, that same day, at around one in the morning, suspected kidnappers broke into his home in Tudun Wada village, Ganye LGA, and took his six-year-old son away to an unidentified location.
He informed the authorities that the abductors had later called him and demanded a ransom of ten million naira (N10, 000, 000). The distressed father further stated that N152 000 was sought and paid by the accused for the victim’s feeding expenses.
The victim was stabbed to death by the suspects, who then buried his body in a shallow grave. According to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the command spokesperson, who confirmed the event, the state commissioner of police, CP Dankombo Morris, summoned detectives under the direction of SP Mohammed Yahaya Nuhu, Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Ganye, to apprehend the culprits based on the allegations.
The squad moved swiftly and
apprehended two suspects, a 20-year- old guy named Mukhtar Mohammed and a 20-year-old man named Hussein Suleiman, who were both living in Bashin Village, Yoro Local Government Area, Taraba State. The suspects admitted during the initial stages of the investigation that they plotted and took the victim together to a forest that is located on the other side of the border between Nigeria and the Cameroon Republic. They continued by saying that they used a knife to severely injure the victim, causing him to bleed until he passed away. They then buried the corpse in a shallow grave and continued to demand ransom until they were apprehended. Nguroje stated, The spokesperson went on to say that although the CP expresses his condolences to the family of the deceased for the tragic event, he reiterates the Command’s resolve to fight crime in all its forms.
