“The girl she killéd is a final year student of Computer/Statistics University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
“The ijiot killer lives behind that Obukpa Estate, behind that Madoka hotels at Ibagwa Road Nsukka.
“According to the ijiot killer, he said he didn’t kill the girl intentionally, that the girl is into hook-up and after doing one or two things inside the hotel room, he settled the girl with money and the girl said the money is too small and they started dragging and he pushed the girl and he fell down and died instantly….

Earlier, we reported that a suspected ritual killing has rocked Nsukka, Enugu State, after a young woman was found murdered in a hotel with vital body parts removed.
The gruesome incident occurred over the weekend at Madoka Hotel, located in Obukpa Layout, along Ibagwa Road in the University of Nigeria town of Nsukka.
According to a police source, the yet-to-be victim had checked into the hotel the previous day with a young man, unaware it would be her final night alive.
“The young man lodged with a lady, but in the morning when he came out alone, the hotel staff members asked him about his female partner,” the source said.
“He told them that the lady had left earlier, that she is a prostitute. Unknowing that he was lying, the receptionists believed him; they were newly employed, so they acted out of ignorance.”
The source revealed that the truth came to light when hotel cleaners went to service the room.
They shockingly discovered that the young lady has been murdered by the man.
However, the Enugu State Police Command wishes to refute the viral report alleging that a young woman was murdered in a hotel in Nsukka and her vital organs harvested in a suspected ritual killing.
The command wrote on X, “The report is false, misleading, and capable of inciting unnecessary panic.
“Preliminary investigation reveals that the remains of the deceased woman were found intact, without any indication of mutilation or organ harvesting, as widely speculated. Evidence suggests she may have been strangled, as her body was discovered with bloodstains around her mouth and a swollen neck.
“On June 14, 2025, the victim, accompanied by a male suspect, checked into a hotel along Obukpa Road, Nsukka. The suspect, whose true identity and contact details are yet to be ascertained, reportedly checked out the following morning, claiming the woman had already left. However, her lifeless body was later found in the hotel room, taken to the hospital where she was confirmed dead by the attending doctor, and then deposited in the mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
“The Commissioner of Police, CP Mamman Bitrus Giwa, psc, has directed the State Criminal Investigation Department (State CID) to intensify efforts to trace and arrest the fleeing suspect and ensure that justice is duly served. He also strongly warns individuals and media outlets spreading unfounded and sensational narratives to desist from such actions, as they only serve to mislead the public and undermine ongoing investigations.”

“When a woman mysteriously dies in a hotel, the media and many Nigerians are quick to say she went for a hookup.
I think it’s a bad stereotype to jump to such conclusions when you’re not even remotely privy to the circumstances that led her there. A woman was murdered, and all you could say is “women no dey hear.” Okay, assuming—but not conceding—that she was k#lled because she went for a hookup, is that a moral justification for her m#rder? We really need to expunge this victim-blaming mentality from our society.
“I’ll tell you for free that hookup girls are one of the reasons we don’t have a surge in s#xual offences (the numbers are high, but I’m saying it would’ve been higher than this). There was a time these people came into my village, and the community elders conspired to drive them out. Not long after, we started experiencing a drvg epidemic, which led to multiple cases of r#pe, including assavlts on elderly women, underage pregnancies, and an increase in robbery.

It’s a sin and morally wrong, yes—but it is NOT a crime in Nigeria. Our Jesus Christ dined with a hooks, and never stigmatised her, so who are you. Most of you wouldn’t survive without them but kept on rubbing it on their face at the slightest opportunity you get.”
