A significant confrontation in Zamfara State resulted in the demise of at least 40 bandits, including two prominent leaders, Sani Dangote and Lamo Saude, as reported on Sunday, April 7, 2024. The clash erupted in Dumburum village within the Zurmi Local Government Area, divulged by Zagazola Makama, a seasoned security analyst and expert in counter- insurgency within the Lake Chad basin.
