BLOODY PUNISHMENT As Residents Beat Man To Death After Getting Caught Doing This With Gang Members In Public
On Friday, 23rd February 2024, in Misau Local Government Area of Bauchi stex a crowd of angry residents desce on a man who was suspected to 1XBET armed robber after which they passed immediate judgement on him by beating him to death in broad daylight.
Four more robbery gang members were apprehended and taken into custody, as confirmed by DSC Fatima Adamu, the spokeswoman for the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) of Bauchi State Command who was contacted by local newsmen for more specifics about the above mentioned tragedy. She made this announcement in a statement on Friday, 22nd February 2024.
Explaining more, the NSCDC correspondent, Adamu claimed that at approximately 00: 50 on the tragic day mentioned above, the NSCDC received an emergency call regarding robbery activity in the vicinity of the old burial ground location in Misau.
When the Corps’ officers arrived at the crime scene, they found that the local mob had arrested one of the robbery suspects who was made to suffer an agonizing pain before finally lynching him.
“The suspect confessed they are six in number. He was beaten by the mob to a pulp and was taken to the General Hospital Misau where he was later certified dead by the medical doctor”, DSC Fatima Adamu clarified.
In addition, the press report released by the NSCDC operatives revealed that,” four members of the gang have been arrested by operatives of the Corps namely: Jamilu Ibrahim (m) 22 years, resident of Railway quarters, Bauchi, Nuhu Ya, u (m) 19 years, resident of Unguwan Karofi Bauchi, Abubakar Abdulmumin (m) 22 years, resident of Railway quarters, close to ECWA 2 church, Bauchi and Alhassan Hussaini (m) 20 years, resident of Unguwan Kandahar, Bauchi”.
The gang’ s other members are still at large, the statement continued as the exhibits retrieved from those suspected Include charms, smart phones, daggers, knives, and ammo created locally.
In the meantime, the NSCDC authorities
appealed to the general public to stop
taking the law into their own hands rather than handing over suspects to the appropriate authorities so that necessary investigations can be conducted and most importantly, for justice to be served the right way because anyone caught Involved in mob justice would be charged for murder which could attract jail sentence if proven guilty in court.
