APOLOGIES OF DEFAMATORY PUBLICATION AGAINST T NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SEADOGS

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to extend my sincerest apologies on behalf of HEARD VOICE NEWS ONLINE for the defamatory publication made against your Association on the Online Platform, Heard Voice On-Line News, in January 2024.
Upon careful review of the circumstances surrounding the publication, we acknowledge that the headline used was misleading and unjustly portrayed your Association in a negative light. We understand the gravity of the situation and the impact it may have had on your organization’s reputation and members.
It was never our intention to label your Association as a cult or to insinuate any involvement in violent activities. We recognize the significant contributions your Association has made over the years, as evidenced by its long-standing history and commitment to public service and advocacy.
We fully retract the defamatory statements made in the publication and assure you that steps has been taken to rectify the situation. We will issue a public retraction and apology through the same platform to ensure that the correct information is disseminated. However, apolidiges for the article not been published on dailies, we will ensure that this apology letter will also be published on three othe online news platforms. More so, we will like to partner with your association and make free publication of your press release and statement for five years
Furthermore, we are committed to conducting a thorough review of our editorial processes as well as sources of our information to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Your feedback and insights are invaluable to us, and we welcome any suggestions you may have to improve our practices.
