Chioma’ s revelations have sparked outrage online, as she detailed how her husband’ s alleged affair with an ” evangelist” has destroyed their marriage. According to her, every time she tries to confront him about his infidelity, he subjects her to violence and abuse.
*” Timothy Nweke, God will punish you for beating me again in the name of marriage. You beat me every day and have thrown me out of the house on several occasions. May God judge you, ” * she wrote in her emotional post.
She further claimed that after physically assaulting her, he would force himself on her, using his position as her husband to justify his actions.
*” You claim to be a pastor, yet you bring church girls into our matrimonial bed. And when I try to confront you, you beat me up and rape me afterward, ” * she alleged.

In an act of defiance, Chioma also shared a photo of the woman she accused of having an affair with her husband. She publicly called out the alleged mistress, warning her to stay away from her husband and accusing her of being a hypocrite hiding under the title of an evangelist.

*” Here is the lady who has vowed that I won’ t have peace in my home— my husband’ s side chick. Please leave my husband alone. I won’ t hide anything again. I will show the world your face. You claim to be an evangelist but are sleeping with my husband. Christ Holy Church, see your so- called evangelist, a husband snatcher! ” *
Her post quickly gained attention, with many expressing their shock and outrage over the alleged actions of her husband. Social media users flooded the comments section, offering words of support, prayers, and even legal advice. Some urged Chioma to leave the marriage for her own safety, while others called on church leaders to investigate and take action against Timothy Nweke.
The allegations raise serious concerns about abuse within marriages and the misuse of religious positions to justify immoral behavior. Domestic violence remains a major issue in Nigeria, with many women trapped in abusive marriages due to societal expectations, financial dependence, or religious doctrines that discourage divorce.
Chioma’ s decision to speak out is seen as a bold move, as many women in similar situations suffer in silence. While it remains unclear if she plans to take legal action, her public outcry has reignited conversations about holding religious leaders accountable for their actions both in and outside the church.
As the story continues to unfold, many are watching to see if church authorities or law enforcement will intervene in what has become a deeply troubling case.
