They Told Me My Job Was To SLEEP With Men- Missing Girl Rescued From PROSTITUTION Reveals
The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested two people for allegedly trafficking a teenage girl to Burkina Faso for forced prostitution.
The two suspects arrested by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Edo State for allegedly trafficking a 16- year- old girl to Burkina Faso for prostitution are indeed Favour Idemudia, 16, and Precious Akpasuvbe, 25. They were paraded by the State Commandant, Gbegan Agu, who disclosed the details of the arrest.

In response, NSCDC Commandant Gbegan Agu revealed that the missing person’ s report was filed by Hope Friday on January 29, 2025, after her 16- year- old sister went missing, and she suspected Precious Akpasuvbe’ s involvement.
” Immediately, a combined team of NSCDC intelligence and counter- terrorism units swung into action and arrested the principal suspect, identified as Alex Omoseve, 47, boyfriend of Precious Akpasuvbe, at the Agbor Park area of Benin City” .
” During the investigation, the Corps discovered that the missing girl was trafficked to Burkina Faso for prostitution without her parents’ consent” .
” The suspects confessed to the crime, and the victim has been brought back from Burkina Faso and reunited with her family” , he said.

Speaking further, the NSCDC Commandant, Gbegan Agu, stated that Favour Idemudia and Precious Akpasuvbe will face charges in court once the investigation is concluded.
The victim revealed that Precious Akpasuvbe, a frequent visitor to her sister’ s shop where he played Bet9ja, deceived her with a promise of overseas work as a housemaid.
“But on reaching Burkina Faso, they told me my job was to sleep with men, and I started crying. I later begged someone who gave me a phone to inform my sister, who wasn’ t aware of my journey. That was how I returned to Nigeria”, she stated.
When questioned, Alex Omoseve, the main suspect, claimed he met the victim at her sister’ s shop, where he played Bet9ja. He alleged that the victim expressed a desire to travel, and he connected her with his girlfriend, who had contacts in Burkina Faso, supposedly to assist her.
Alex Omoseve claimed that he introduced the victim to his girlfriend because he didn’t have any personal connections in Burkina Faso, and his girlfriend, who had previously been to the country, offered to help the victim.
Precious Akpasuvbe admitted to reporters that she and others took the victim to Burkina Faso for the purpose of prostitution. She also confessed that they received a payment of N200, 000 from her partner in Burkina Faso.
