An apostle who said he should be stoned to death should his election prediction fail, has recanted his stance, and is now begging for mercy.
Following the failure of the candidate he had expected to win the election, he changed his mind.
In the lead- up to the Ghana 2024 presidential election, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Agyei captured the attention of the media by announcing that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), would emerge victorious.
He was so sure of his prophecy that he called on Ghanaians to stone him to death if it didn’ t come to pass.
The election has since been concluded and a winner announced, meanwhile, not Apostle Kwabena Owusu Agyei predicted candidate won.
Rather, former President John Dramani Mahama, the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), won the election, and Apostle Kwabena Owusu Agyei is now on his knees pleading with Ghanaians for forgiveness.
According to source, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei is no stranger to controversy. In 2021, for example, he was accused of threatening to kill the Chairman of the Ghana Electoral Commission, Jean Mensah, in a video broadcast.
According to the prosecution, a thorough examination of the film revealed the use of abusive, threatening, and degrading language toward the complainant.
