Nigeria Under CURSE? Pastor Adeboye Drops SHOCKING Revelation About Nigeria, Reveals
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has stated that some happenings in Nigeria often compel someone to ask if the country is under a curse.
According to the source, Adeboye made the comment at the ongoing annual Holy Ghost Congress titled ‘ Onward Christian Soldiers’ at Redemption City, located along the Lagos- Ibadan Expressway.
The clergyman confessed that he nearly got in jail for expressing the truth, referring to a comment made weeks earlier at the church’ s annual Abuja Special Holy Ghost Service.
Pastor Adeboye had encouraged Nigerians to pray for divine intervention in the face of purported efforts by strong cabals to sabotage the success of Nigeria’ s private refineries.
He lamented that Nigeria was wasting billions of dollars on four refineries without any results.
In his words: ” I said something during the Abuja Holy Ghost Service that I will not repeat since I almost got in trouble for stating the truth.
” Certain events, at least in my own country of Nigeria, have made you wonder whether we are cursed.
” There are nations that do not have all of our resources, but they appear to be doing better than we are. Hmm, let me leave that out. ”
Despite his caution, Pastor Adeboye stressed the potential of God’ s light to effect change.
Drawing on 2 Kings 2: 19- 22, he described Elisha’ s intervention in Jericho, comparing it to the necessity for divine intervention in present times.
