WICKED WORLD! Family Of Late Popular TikToker Speaks Out Following His Death After Days Of Being Missing
The grieving family of TikTok personality Jiare Schneider, whose body was tragically discovered 10 days after his disappearance, has revealed they were subjected to cruel harassment by scammers exploiting their pain.
Jiare Schneider, 19, went missing earlier in November, prompting his family to launch a widespread search, including distributing missing- person flyers. Sadly, his body was found on November 26 in a vehicle in a wooded area in Georgia. The cause of death remains under investigation.
In a recent statement to TMZ, Jiare’ s sister, Jasnique Woods, shared the distressing details of their experience. During the search for her brother, and even after his death was confirmed, scammers targeted the family with false hostage claims. Posing as kidnappers, they demanded ransom payments, including one caller requesting $5, 000 in Bitcoin, and fabricated scenarios involving Jiare’ s supposed captivity.
Jasnique revealed that she received one particularly heart- wrenching call while traveling in New York. The caller impersonated Jiare, pleading for help with cries of, ” Mommy, help. ” Even after the tragic discovery of his body, the threats persisted. On Thanksgiving Day, a fraudster claimed to have Jiare, demanding payment. The following day, another caller briefly claimed possession of her ” son” before abruptly hanging up.
The harassment prompted Jasnique to file an aggravated harassment report with the police after the initial calls. However, the onslaught of threats became overwhelming, leading her to change her phone number in an effort to protect herself and focus on mourning her brother’ s loss.
The family’ s grief is compounded by the uncertainty surrounding Jiare’ s death. No cause of death has been determined, and the investigation continues. Despite the harassment and emotional strain, Jasnique emphasized the family’ s commitment to uncovering the truth about the circumstances surrounding Jiare’ s passing.
Jiare Schneider, known for his engaging TikTok content, had a significant following on the platform. His untimely death has shocked fans and left his family grappling with both personal loss and the added cruelty of those exploiting their pain.
