E DON CAST! Enugu Gov Allegedly Paid Simon Ekpa Secretly? SEE Shocking Details As IPOB UK Exposes Secrets
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) United Kingdom chapter has made shocking allegations against Simon Ekpa, a self- proclaimed Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, and the Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah.
IPOB UK, in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) and cited by LATEST_NEWS Blog, accused Ekpa of defrauding the Enugu State Government of a substantial amount of money.
According to IPOB UK, Ekpa reportedly collected money from the state government under the pretext of stopping his alleged criminal activities and ending the terror allegedly perpetrated by his associates in Enugu State. However, IPOB UK claims that despite receiving the payment, Ekpa failed to deliver on his promise and instead demanded additional funds.
In their post, IPOB UK stated: ” Enugu State Government is furious over Simon Ekpa defrauding the government [of a] huge amount of money in the name of stopping his criminal gang from terrorising Enugu State, which he never did after the first payment, rather insisted on more monies.
” Remember he sent Alloy Ejimakor (@AloyEjimakor) sometime ago to go facilitate the deal in Enugu, which the WhatsApp transcript is in public space after their fallout. Ekpa says one thing in the open and does another in secret. ”
This revelation comes on the heels of Simon Ekpa’ s recent arrest by the Finnish authorities. Ekpa was detained last Thursday on allegations of inciting terrorism in Nigeria’ s Southeast region. His activities are said to have contributed to widespread violence in the area, reportedly leading to the deaths of thousands of innocent people.
The arrest marked a significant development in the ongoing efforts to curb unrest in Nigeria. Following his apprehension, Ekpa was remanded in custody. Finnish authorities have announced that his trial will commence in May 2025, leaving a lengthy gap for the legal s to unfold.
The allegations and arrest have sparked widespread debate, particularly regarding the role of influential figures in the ongoing instability in Nigeria’ s Southeast. Critics have called for transparency and justice, urging authorities to hold individuals accountable for their actions.
