Fubara Makes Fresh DECLARATION, Reveals What God Used Rivers’ Political CRISIS To Do For His Government
Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has declared that the current political crisis in the state marks the beginning of a new era of political emancipation, economic growth, and development, orchestrated by God Himself. Speaking at a special Thanksgiving Service held in honor of Eze Chike Worlu Wodo, the newly appointed Chairman of the Rivers State Traditional Rulers Council, Fubara emphasized that God’ s involvement has transformed what many perceived as trouble into a source of strength for his administration.
Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to leading with the fear of God, seeking divine wisdom, direction, and grace to ensure his administration leaves a lasting legacy of standing firm for God. He noted that thanksgiving brings assurance and clarity, even in uncertain times, and expressed joy in joining the royal father’ s family to offer thanks to God.
The governor drew parallels between Eze Chike Worlu Wodo’ s vigorous gratitude and King David’ s unashamed dance before God, highlighting God’ s deep love for those who glorify Him without shame. Fubara urged the church to continue praying for his administration and peace across the state, acknowledging that God’ s purpose prevails despite human challenges.
He also donated ₦100 million to the church to support evangelism, in honor of Eze Chike Worlu Wodo. This gesture underscores Fubara’ s dedication to his faith and commitment to uplifting the community. As Rivers State navigates its political crisis, Fubara’ s stance emphasizes the importance of divine guidance and community support.
The political crisis in Rivers State has been ongoing since 2023, following a face- off between former Governor Nyesom Wike and Governor Siminalayi Fubara. Despite these challenges, Fubara remains resolute in his faith and leadership, inspiring hope for a brighter future in Rivers State.
