WICKED WORLD: I’m Homeless, They Stole All My Money- Aunty Ramota Begs Nigerians For Help [VIDEO]
Renowned Yoruba actress, Ramota Adeotu, widely known as Aunty Ramota, has made a public appeal for assistance, revealing her urgent need for stable housing. In recently circulated videos on social media, the actress expressed her difficult situation, sharing that she was recently asked to leave her current living arrangement and has since found herself without a place to stay.
Aunty Ramota explained that she had been living with a friend, who recently got married. Following the marriage, her friend requested that she find alternative accommodation. The actress, known for her roles in popular Yoruba films, particularly her recent performance in Anikulapo: Rise of the Sceptre, expressed her struggle and desperation for a safe space to call her own.
In the videos, Aunty Ramota revealed that she had initially started a home construction project with the help of a generous supporter. A man, whose name she did not disclose, had been assisting her in building a small house. However, construction halted unexpectedly when the benefactor withdrew support due to personal reasons, leaving the actress in a difficult situation with an unfinished home and no immediate prospects.
Adding to her challenges, Aunty Ramota shared grievances with her management team, whom she accuses of financial misconduct and lack of transparency. She claimed that her team had misappropriated her earnings, even preventing her from accessing her social media accounts. This alleged betrayal has left her without the resources she had worked hard to earn, limiting her ability to secure housing independently.
” I worked so hard, but they kept cheating me because they thought I wouldn’ t know how much we were really making, ” Aunty Ramota expressed in frustration, explaining that this situation has left her financially vulnerable. Due to these challenges, she now lacks the means to rent an apartment and is committed to completing her home construction, even if it means building just a single room.
In a show of resilience, she noted that a kind individual had offered to rent a temporary space for her. However, she declined, preferring to put any potential support toward completing her own home. ” Someone kindly offered to rent a space for me, ” she said, ” but I told them I want to finish building my house even if it’ s just one room so I can finally have a place to call my own. ”
This appeal follows a previous episode in June when Aunty Ramota addressed rumors surrounding her health. The actress took to social media to dispel false claims that she had undergone Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery and was in a coma. She reassured her fans of her good health and denied any association with the rumored procedure.
Aunty Ramota’ s request for assistance highlights her determination to overcome her current hardship and regain stability. As the actress reaches out for support, her story has sparked significant attention on social media, with many fans showing concern for her wellbeing and offering words of encouragement.
