TRUTH IS OUT! Senator Abbo Breaks Silence, Speaks On Posting His Sex Video On Social Media, Issues Threat
Elisha Abbo, a former senator who represented Adamawa North, has threatened to take legal action against one Wange David following her claims that they recorded several sex tapes together.
In a recent interview, Wange alleged that she and Abbo made 32 sex tapes, and accused him of leaking a specific video that is currently circulating on the internet. She stated that Abbo was the only person with access to the video, which led her to believe he was responsible for its release.
The former senator has strongly denied these allegations. In response, Abbo’ s legal counsel, Odiyowvi Osusu, issued a formal letter to Wange, demanding a public apology and retraction within 72 hours. The letter warns that if these demands are not met, Abbo will file a lawsuit against her.
” Our client has become aware of videos circulating on social media and online platforms, maliciously designed to damage his reputation, ” Osusu said in the letter. He highlighted two specific instances: a video published on September 4, 2024, on the platform ‘ Naija Police U’ and an interview Wange granted to Trust TV News, which was uploaded to YouTube on September 5, 2024.
” In these videos and interviews, you made false and defamatory statements against our client, accusing him of sexual exploitation, the publishing and distribution of intimate videos, revenge porn, and blackmail, ” Osusu continued.
The former senator’ s lawyer emphasized that these allegations have caused serious harm to Abbo’ s personal and professional reputation. The legal team asserted that the claims are false and misleading to the public.
The letter also outlined specific demands. It required Wange to issue a public retraction and apology on national television and in three national newspapers. The terms of the apology must be approved by Abbo’ s legal team, and Wange is expected to submit the retraction for approval within 24 hours of receiving the letter.
Additionally, Wange is required to publish the retraction and apology on the same platforms where the allegations were initially made. The letter concluded with a warning: if Wange fails to meet these demands within the given 72- hour period, Abbo will proceed with legal action.
This case has drawn significant public attention, and the outcome of these legal threats could have broader implications for both parties involved. For now, the public awaits Wange’ s response to the demands, while Abbo continues to deny the serious allegations made against him.
