TINUBU MUST GO, Northern Protesters Make Strong Demand, Reveal Who Must Replace Tinubu As President; SEE Who
Many Nigerian youths have started calling for a change of government barely one year of President Bola Tinubu’ s administration. The youths during the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protest told Tinubu to resign as they revealed who will take over from him.
It could be recalled that the youths have flooded the streets since 1st of August, demanding a better life for the masses amid the economy hardship and hunger crisis. It was, however, reported that the protest was sponsored by some politicians, who want a change of government in Nigeria.
Amid this allegation, some protesters in Kaduna State told Tinubu to vacate the presidential seat and allow Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who came second during the last general election to take over.
It was gathered that the protesters from Kakuri, Tudun Wada, Rigasa, Unguwan Shanu, Abakwa and other areas within the metropolis stormed the popular Ahmadu Bello Way, through Ali Akilu Road.
One of them who spoke to the newsmen said: ” We want Tinubu to step down and Atiku Abubakar to take over the governance of the country. ”
He also added that the protesters were flying Russian flag because they wanted the Russian government to intervene and rescue them like they did in Niger and other neighbouring African countries.
Meanwhile, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adamu Garba claimed that the same camp used to oust former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 has been activated against President Bola Tinubu in the North.
In a post on his X handle on Monday, the APC chieftain said no one will have the capacity to distribute Russian flags all over the North other than persons who already have an established political structure.
” I cannot imagine a correlation between Russia Flags and the Hunger the protesters are using as a yardstick. It seems to be that some politicians are doing everything possible to undo this government, ” he posted.
