Dele Momodu Sends UNEXPECTED Message To Tinubu, EXPOSES The Real Culprit Behind The Impending Protest; See Explosive Details
Former Presidential aspirant, Dele Momodu, has openly blamed President Bola Tinubu for the current hardships faced by Nigerians, which have led to a planned nationwide protest. In an open letter shared on X, Momodu expressed deep concern over the struggles of ordinary Nigerians and the perceived shift in Tinubu’ s governance approach.
Momodu highlighted that life has been particularly challenging for Nigerians, except for a privileged few, since Tinubu achieved his presidential ambition. He stated, ” Unfortunately, things have not been easy for Nigerians (except members of the privilegentsia) since you realized your lifelong ambition. And let me be frank Sir. You caused it all. You did not realize that a country is much more complicated than a state. ”
The former presidential aspirant also expressed his disappointment that Tinubu, once a champion of democracy, is now opposing the right to protest. He remarked, ” I’ m sad and embarrassed that a fighter for Democracy is now saying Nigerians will not be allowed to congregate and demonstrate on the streets, something you and I enjoyed during the military regimes, at home and abroad. ”
Momodu emphasized his opposition to anarchy while supporting the management of potential threats without undermining democratic rights. Drawing from his peace initiatives in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and The Gambia, he assured that potential threats could be managed effectively.
He urged President Tinubu to seek advice from civil liberties advocates and to reassess the effectiveness of Nigeria’ s security agencies without resorting to authoritarian measures. ” Please Sir, go back to your original friends in civil liberties and seek their assistance. Then, use this opportunity to test the strength of your security architecture and the combat readiness of our security agencies. ”
Momodu also warned Tinubu to ignore the advice of the hawks within his team, stating, ” Ignore the advice of the hawks in your team. They have nothing to lose since they are mostly beneficiaries of what others died for. ”
As the planned protest approaches, Momodu’ s message to Tinubu calls for a reevaluation of governance strategies to address the plight of Nigerians and uphold democratic principles.
