THINGS Dey HAPPEN Oh! Strange Woman Dies Inside Keke Napep, See What Residents Did Next After Rider Raised Alarm
A woman who has not yet been recognized died on a tricycle commonly known as Keke Napep or Marwa while she was being transported in the Isheri, Idimu geographical region Lagos State over the previous weekend, precisely on Friday, causing confusion and tension amongst residents of the community.

Although, reporters discovered that the deceased had gotten on the tricycle and was already on her way towards the Isheri end of the neighbourhood along the Isheri- Igando Road, which prompted the tricycle rider to inform her that she had arrived at her destination when they arrived at her bus stop.
The Keke Napep rider was astonished to learn that she wasn’ t responding anymore and by the time he stopped to check on her, she was already lifeless.
When contacted and due of the delicate nature of the shocking occurrence, an eyewitness wished for his identity to remain undisclosed while informing news reporter that the rider raised alarm for help which caught the attention of some onlookers, who hurried to the spot and discovered the passenger had stopped breathing.
He said, ” I was close to the Isheri bus stop when I heard the tricycle rider shouting for help. When we moved close to the spot, we saw a woman placing her head on the middle of the barricade of the tricycle unresponsive” .
” The rider said he was supposed to drop her at Isheri which is the last bus stop for tricycle riders along the area and when they got there, the rider expected her to step out and pay her fare only to find out that she wasn’ t responding. That was when he raised the alarm. The place was crowded as it appeared strange” , he added.
In addition, another eyewitness, going by the name Sodiq, stated that while numerous locals attempted to revive her, all of their attempts were unsuccessful. He continued by saying that when the some police officers showed up there later, everyone had to leave the area right away to avoid being arrested or taken away as suspect.
He explained that, ” people tried their best to see if they could revive her but could not. It was not too long that the police arrived and the people around had to leave the spot to avoid being implicated.
” Some said she might have been suffering from an ailment or she could have died of a heart attack” , Sodiq added.
Conclusively, it was revealed that the deceased was transferred to an unidentified local hospital, and the tricycle was taken to the Idimu police station.
Efforts to get in touch with the Superintendent of Police, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), were unsuccessful, making it impossible to get a response from him regarding the above- mentioned occurrence as of the the time this report was made public, he has also not responded to a text message that was sent to him.
