A robbery suspect, known as Bob Jay, met his untimely demise after falling into an open well while attempting to escape with stolen goods after a raid on a student hostel at Unicross, Okuku campus. The incident occurred around midnight on Friday, with the robbers carting away laptops, phones, and money, and injuring several students in the process.
According to a student of the school, who identified herself as Regina, the robbers attacked students in their hostel, stabbing one student and breaking another’s head with a stick before escaping with their loot.
