Dangote refinery targets NGX listing in March 2025
Dangote Refinery has revealed plans to be listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited before the end of March 2025.
Aliko Dangote, the Chairman of Dangote Group disclosed this to journalists on Sunday.
This comes as the company further delayed the commencement of fuel supply to August 2024 from its earlier July date.
According to him, the Federal Government with the help of the Nigerian Upstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission had resolved the issue it was having with the crude oil supply last week.
“We plan to list the refinery and petrochemical before the end of the first quarter of next year, ” he stated.
DAILY POST recalls that Dangote said Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited’s stake in Dangote Refinery has been reduced to 7.2 percent from 20 percent over inability to meet obligations as of June 2024.
