Recently, the lobbying for the nation’ s restructuring has been led by the DCPN, the Directorate of the Concerned Patriots of Nigeria. In a conversation with media, the group’ s president, Wale Olagunju, explained their thoughts on how certain operational concepts that keep the country stuck in a state of continual decline in all areas of growth could be changed.
The restructuring that the group is demanding is based on sovereign countries, sovereign states united without any form of division under a new name called United States of Nigeria (USN), according to Olagunju, who is also the Presiding Bishop of the Divine Seed of God Chapel Ministry, Ibadan, Oyo State. There has been a warning regarding President Tinubu’ s desire to run for president in the next elections. The Concerned Patriots of Nigeria (CNPDN) President, Wale Olagunju, issued a statement during an interview with The Guardian.
He asserted that if President Tinubu does not reorganize Nigeria, citizens may band together and overthrow him in the 2027 election. As Wale noted, their desired reorganization would encourage unity rather than permit Nigeria to disintegrate.
He claimed that part of the restructuring would involve changing some operational ideas that had doomed Nigeria to failure and perpetual decline in all spheres of development.
In his words, ” If he fails to implement these things, he should forget about the 2027 election; they will gang up and remove him. ”
” But I want to assure you that Tinubu will restructure Nigeria. I stand to be quoted. We have gone far as far as this restructuring is concerned. ”
Recall that no one can restructure this country without NASS and the north dominate both chambers with emphasis on green chamber. therefore, it requires tact, persuasion, diplomacy and lobbying the critical stakeholders to achieve the set target and objectives.
