According to reports, the disagreement began when the husband sought sexual intimacy, which the wife refused. The situation escalated, and Torkwase picked up a kitchen knife, stabbing her husband in the neck and multiple other areas of his body. The brutal attack left Igbah Kpile in a pool of blood, and he collapsed shortly thereafter.
