In order to resume breastfeeding, a Florida lady who gained popularity for nursing her spouse has disclosed that they are thinking of having another child. Since her body stopped producing milk a year ago, Rachel Bailey, 31, and her husband Alexander, 30, said they have” grieved” their ” bonding experience.
Alexander had to wean himself off of the milk as the couple’s three children had already done so. In order to maintain the habit, they are now thinking of having a fourth kid. When Ms. Bailey’ s breasts became excruciatingly engorged during a couples cruise in 2016, she began breastfeeding her husband.
“We decided that my husband would attempt consuming the milk to help her because she was in excruciating pain and worried about becoming sick. The concept of him nursing from me made us uneasy since we felt it was strange, but once we tried it, we knew it was okay. Following the births of their two younger children, the couple carried on the custom of Ms. Bailey nursing her husband at lunch, dinner, and morning.
After her beast milk ran out, they began feeding her every night. Alexander has not had a cold in over two years, according to Ms. Bailey, who claims that her milk is “so nutritious” that it left his complexion shining. She remarked, “He even came to love the taste of my breast milk and now prefers it to cow’s milk. “She claimed that when her breasts stopped making milk, they mourned the sensation of bonding that came from her nursing him.
For a brief while, they even thought about expanding their family in order to continue nursing. We talked about having another child so that we could redo that bonding experience together, and we mourned about it, Ms. Bailey recalled.
“But we soon realized that would be a drastic and labor- intensive action, so we started looking for other ways that we could strengthen our bond as a couple.”
Rather than that, they now rise early every morning to catch up and practice meditation before continuing with their day. For us, it was never a sexual thing. We did it because, according to Ms. Bailey, it was a wonderful way for the two of us to connect and share something unique. “We have discovered new ways to connect, but we really miss the breastfeeding times we shared.”
