HORROR! Enraged Mob Catches Man Red-Handed Doing This Inside FUEL Station, Slaughter Him In Cold Blood
A middle-aged man, whose identity remains unknown, met a tragic end in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, after being brutally beaten to death by a mob for allegedly stealing a motorcycle. The incident occurred on Monday night at a filling station in the Oke- Baale Area of Osogbo.
According to eyewitness accounts, the suspect was caught red-handed riding away a Bajaj motorcycle at the filling station. It is alleged that the owner of the motorcycle, motorists, and commercial motorcyclists had gathered at the filling station around 7:30 p. m. to purchase fuel, which is a scarce commodity in the area.
Toheeb, a commercial mini bus driver, witnessed the incident and provided a detailed account of the events that unfolded. He stated that the suspect took advantage of the rush at the filling station to commit the alleged offence. The suspect allegedly took the key from an ignition hole of a parked motorcycle and drove it away. However, the owner of the motorcycle noticed the theft and raised an alarm, prompting a chase. The suspect eventually abandoned the motorcycle and ran into a nearby bridge, where he was attacked by the mob and beaten severely.
The witness described the scene as chaotic, with blood covering the suspect’s body. He was left unconscious and later pronounced dead by the police when they arrived to take him into custody. The police took the suspect’s corpse away, leaving behind a trail of violence and a sense of injustice in the community.
As of the time of reporting, the Osun State Police Command had not issued a statement on the incident, leaving many questions unanswered. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of mob justice and the need for a more structured approach to addressing crime and ensuring justice is served in a fair and humane
