A man went wild by using a magic ring to lure a married woman to his house over her refusal to be his girlfriend. The incident happened in Osun. The woman approached the man for palm oil business, unknown to her that he was a wicked man. He proposed to the woman and despite knowing that she was married, he still made efforts to date the woman through diabolical means. A 35-year-old man, Babalola Abayomi Timothy has landed himself in trouble after he used diabolical charm to kidnap a married woman in Osun. The victim who was 35 years of age was living with her husband at Ode- Omu before the suspect lured her to his house in Modakeke with a magic ring.
The Amotekun Corps Commander in the State, Brigadier General Bashir Adewinmbi, confirmed the incident to journalists. He said the woman was recently dropped along an express road where she raised an alarm and was rescued. Her statement made the Corps go after the suspect (Babalola) and he was subsequently arrested.
During interrogation, Babalola confessed that the married woman approached him to help her sell her palm oil because that is the business he does but he fell in love with her along the line. He asked her out but she refused by telling him that she was married. Despite that, Babalola proceeded by approaching an Islamic cleric in llorin where he was given a magic ring that he could use to control the woman. He went to the woman’s house and used the charm. She followed him to his house where he locked her up and assaulted her sexually.
Three weeks after kidnapping the woman, he decided to dump the woman on an express road but unfortunately at that time, the woman was conscious. She was rescued on the road by Amotekun Corps who led her to Babalola’ s house. He was arrested and handed over to DSS.
