Emeat Okpony 39, has been placed under arrest on charges of sexually assaulting his landlord 11-year old daughter in Osubi town, Okpe Local Government Area, Delta State. Mr. Ejumudo claims that the incident took place on Saturday, March 23, 2024. “Ono Mr Ernest Okporu, 29 years of age and mamed has allegedly raped and defile the daughter of his landlord on Saturday 23rd March 2024 in the Dsubi area of Delta state, he stated. I raceived a distress call about a youngster being raped and defiled from the mother of the little girt and well meaning Dettana. The young girl claimed that when Mr. Emest requested her to fetch his charger from his apartment behind his fridge, she had no idea that he would follow her, grab her from behind tie her hands to the back, and have sex with her
After that, he made her wash her bloody pants and threatened to kill her if she informed anyone. Medical reports indicate that semen was present, the hymen was broken, and there was penetration. Mr. Ernest Okporu begged the little girl’s father for forgiveness after acknowledging his involvement in the incident. He is being held in prison at the Grerokpe police station in the Delta state local government council area while he cools off. Before the end of the weels, he will be charged in court
