Young Man Breaks Into 5 Shops To Steal Bag Of Rice; See What He Found That Shock Him
A young man was caught after breaking into some shops in Delta State. Hardship hit hard on the man, it was made known that he broke into those shops in a bid to steal a bag of rice he was going to eat but he was not successful in his plan because of what he discovered in those shops. He was trying to leave the community when vigilante members caught him and got him arrested. The members of the Bonsaac vigilante group in Asaba, the Delta State capital have apprehended a 28-year-old man identified as Ogochukwu Uzorka while attempting to steal a bag of rice. The suspect who was said to be a fowl butcher at the popular Oko market successfully broke into five shops before the vigilante members captured him.
The suspect was reportedly trying to steal a bag of rice which he is going to eat, but based on the narrative, the suspect has been engaging in burglary for a very long time. When he was captured, he confessed that he had stolen a tiger generator in the past and sold it for N15, 000.
When the chairman of Bonsaac vigilante, Francis Okolo, was confirming the report to journalists on Sunday, he revealed what the suspect discovered from the shops he broke into that stopped him from stealing what he intended to steal (a bag of rice). The suspect has been handed over to the B’ Division police. The vigilante chairman used the opportunity to appeal for logistics to enable them to police the area effectively and provide adequate security for the residents.
