Man Visits Wife-To-Be Unannounced, Caught Her Having SEX With Lover & Did This To His PÈNIS
The police operatives have arrested a man identified as Dlamini Mthabisi for assaulting his girlfriend’ s lover after he caught them red-handed having s3xual
Int3rcourse with each other.
It was gathered that the suspect visited his girlfriend on the day of the incident and to his great shock, he caught her and another man having sex. He became Infuriated and grabbed a hammer which he used to strike his girlfriend’ s lover.
The other man who came from the Nkayi community in Matabeleland North Province sustained swollen testicles as a result of the attack.
Following the arrest of the suspect, he was charged before the Bulawayo regional magistrate known as Malunga Dambudzo. He had been slammed with a count charge bordering on an attempted murder charge.
During the court trial, the suspect entered a not-guilty plea to charges leveled against him. The presiding judge directed him to remain in custody until the 6th of March 2024.
While defending himself in court, the suspect revealed that he was pained and felt betrayed when he caught the woman he loved with all his heart having sex with another man.
He added that he was planning to get married to the woman as preparations were already ongoing.
While addressing the court, the prosecuting counsel revealed that on the day of the incident, the suspect, a resident of the Samasi community in Nkayi visited his girlfriend at night but on getting there, he caught her having sex with her lover, Tshuma Kwenzakwayoinkosi
He added that when the suspect got to the apartment of his girlfriend and stood by the door. To his greatest shock, he heard his girlfriend moaning in pleasure inside her room. He became angry and started to bang at the door.
According to the prosecuting counsel, Tshuma became afraid due to the way the suspect banged the door, he jumped out of the bed and ran out of the room naked.
He further revealed that the suspect pursued Tshuma until he later caught up with him.
He stated further that when the suspect
Tshuma, used the hammer he was holding to strike his manhood thereby causing it to be swollen.
Speaking further, the prosecuting
counsel said that the suspect also used a knobkerrie to strike the victim’s head and he collapsed on the floor. He abandoned the victim at the scene and left.
The matter was later reported to the
police station. Upon the receipt of the report, some police operatives swung into action and apprehended the suspect.
