A Hausa man was gunned down and murdered by a stray bullet that was purportedly fired by a police officer on Thursday night, which brought about nothing but chaos at Benin/Asaba Road at igueomo Junction.

Sadly, the man was initially rushed to the nearest medical facility for treatment but upon arrival, the medical professionals on duty pronounced him dead and his body was placed in the mortuary of the hospital after which efforts were made to contact his family members who would come and claim his body in order to lay him to rest.
