Magna Faith Krimi, the owner of Jonathan Krimi Academy and daughter of the late former Deputy Inspector- General of Police, Johnson Jonathan, has submitted a petition to the Inspector-General of Police, Olukayode Egbetokun, against her elder brother, Fiwukah Johnson Krimi.

In the petition dated February 15, 2024, Faith alleges that her brother posed threats to her husband, the students, and teachers of the school, and also engaged in malicious damage and trespass on the academy’s property.

According to Faith, Fiwukah, who is a Pastor at Champion Faith Assembly, unlawfully entered the premises of Jonathan Krimi Academy located at KM 26, Abuja Keffi Express Road Opposite Goshen, Nasarawa State on February 14.

Despite being instructed by her legal representative and another authorized person to leave and not re- enter the property, Fiwukah allegedly ignored these warnings.

 

Faith claims that Fiwukah’s unauthorized entry led to criminal trespass, harassment, threats, and damages to the academy’s students, teachers, workers, and property.

She accuses him of taunting, intimidating, frightening, and disrupting the school’s activities, causing considerable trauma to its staff. In the petition, Faith expresses her concern for the safety of Jonathan Krimi

Academy, emphasizing that Fiwukah s actions not only violate the law but also jeopardize the well-being of the students and staff.

She asserts that the academy has suffered damages as a result of Fiwukah s alleged misconduct, including loss of service confidence, business and market. value, restoration costs, loss of property. use, property damage, emotional distress, discomfort, and annoyance.

Faith contends that Fiwukah’s threats against the academy’s students, personnel, and property are unlawful and contrary to the nation’s core values.

She insists that those dedicated to providing a safe educational environment for children deserve to carry out their work without fear for their safety.

Faith seeks intervention from the law and the Nigeria Police Force to address the injuries caused by Fiwukah, aiming to hold him accountable for the alleged harm inflicted on Jonathan Krimi

Academy.

 

The academy’s proprietor highlights that Fiwukah s resentment stems from her decision to appoint her husband, who was also Fiwukah’s classmate and driver, as the Director of Jonathan Krimi

Academy.

According to Faith, Fiwukah harbors

animosity because her husband is not on

the same social and financial level as

their family.

 

She claims that Fiwukah has vowed to

take possession of the academy’s

property.
