TENSION As Hired Thugs Show No Mercy, BRUTALLY Beat Man To Point Of Death; You Won’t Believe Why
A man who goes by the name, Kolawole Akinsanya was accused of inviting and hiring several touts to beat one Lukmon. Ajibola, his neighbour, to stupor who ended up giving up the ghost in the process. The sad incident took place at Ilepa in the Ifo local government area. LGA of Ogun State on Monday, 5th February, 2024.
Based on the information obtained on Friday, 16th February 2024 from a member of the community who wished to remain anonymous due to the delicate nature of the case recounted that, a goat belonging to the deceased man wandered and strayed into the house of the suspect, Akinsanya and ate his dried yam.
In response, Akinsanya was highly displeased by what the goat did to his dried yam and out of annoyance, he ended up killing the animal.
Explaining further, the source went on to say that, when the news of the incident got to the goat owner (Ajibola), he marched to the residence of Akinsanya to convey his displeasure over the fact that he killed his goat which led to a heated argument but later left his compound. Akinsanya who was angry about the way Ajibola approached him then summoned some thugs from the neighbourhood and instructed them to deal with the goat owner.
Ajibola unfortunately lost conscio after receiving the beatings of his TAKE following the ugly incident and as a direct consequence of this, he passed away in the hospital he was rushed to.
Narratively, a press report released by the security authorities of the Ogun state police command verified the incident and read, Ajibola rears goats to support his motorcycle business. It was around 4.00 pm when one of his goats went into Akinsanya’ s compound and ate the dried yams he spread in the compound. When he came out and saw the goat eating it, he picked up the kid and beat it to death” “Since they were both neighbours on the same street, Ajibola approached him and questioned his action. This led to an argument and Akinsanya called some hoodlums numbering about three who came and descended on him. While they were beating him, they also poured alcohol into his ears. Residents who rushed to the scene found him lying motionless and he was taken to Zion Hospital in Ilepa for treatment and later
referred to the State Hospital Otta on the
third day. Unfortunately, he passed away
at the state Hospital”, it disclosed.
On the other hand, three of Akinsanya’ s
accomplices are rumored to have
escaped from the town, despite the fact
that the police apprehended him
immediately after the death of the deceased. It was rumoured that Akinsanya’s associates were raising money to get him released from custody and come in agreement with the police to cover up the case.
