In Adamawa State, a lady is accused of killing her husband in order to get his property. It is reported that the wife, Hafsat, worked with two of the family’ s children and a fourth individual to arrange and carry out the murder of the husband, Saidu Mamman. The leader of the family, Saidu Mamman, was allegedly planned to be killed by Hapsat Saidu, with assistance from the deceased’ s son, Faisal Saidu, and daughter, Fa’ iza Saidu.

According to a document pertaining to the case, Saidu was discovered unconscious in a pool of his own blood around 6:00 am on that tragic day. He was sent to the Specialist Hospital in Yola, where his death was officially declared.
Reportedly, the police prosecutor
requested a case adjournment so that the investigation could be completed and the case file could be sent to the director of public prosecution for legal counsel.
Chief Magistrate Abdullahi Mohammed Digil presided over the court, which remanded the defendants in prison custody and postponed the case until July 4 of next month.
