The Prosecution Counsel, Mr. Stanley Nwafoaku, presented a detailed narrative that began when the complainant, Janet Odeh, reported the matter to the Lugbe Police Station. According to Nwafoaku, the incident occurred in July when Mary Jideobi confronted Janet Odeh and her daughter. Jideobi purportedly accused them of discussing her.
