Another horrifying case of mob justice was reported from Yola- South Local Government Area LGA of Adamawa state, precisely inside Ngurore market whereby a man was accused of stealing a motorcycle and out of annoyance, a group of enraged persons comprised of mostly youths in the region took the law into their own hands and passed immediate judgement on the suspect by burning him alive after which they abandoned his remains at the market square before some security officers arrived.

Following the information obtained by news reporters, this unfortunate occurrence is said to have taken place last week Thursday, whereby a group of merciless youths showed the deceased no mercy and without even giving it a second thought, they pounced on him and burnt him to death after pointing accusing fingers at him for stealing a motorcycle in the town.
The ugly incident which transpired at Ngurore market in the Yola- South Local Government Area of the state was described to be a ” barbaric and illegal” means of dealing with criminals as police authorities who rushed down to the scene after receiving a distress call are keen on finding the perpetrators while noting that no one has the right to take or end the life of another person irrespective of what he or she did, adding that the right thing to do was to hand over such person to the appropriate authorities for better handling of the case.
