Israel/Hamas War: Sheikh Gumi Sends Urgent Message To People Who Blame Him For Visiting Iran
During his recent visit to Iran, renowned Islamic scholar Shaikh Ahmad Gumi discussed the ongoing crisis between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. He made a provocative speech in which he questioned some countries’ objectives in light of the unfortunate events in Gaza.
Gumi conveyed her profound sorrow for the deaths of innocent people, highlighting the unsettling fact that women, children, and senior citizens are frequently the targets of violence.
He questioned the seeming indifference of some countries, bringing up Saudi Arabia in particular, which he saw dancing, playing football, and attending other festivals in the midst of the Gaza humanitarian crisis.
In his words, he said; ” In his words; ” Why in Gaza, women, children including older people are now being killed to the extent that even those non- Muslims show empathy but Saudi Arabia is busy contesting in football matches, dancing, and other festivals, does she fit” ?
” Whoever studied in Saudi Arabia, visits there, or is based in the Country and yet blamed and criticized me for seeing me there, that person is a hypocrite” .
The speaker’ s moving remarks highlighted the disparity between the catastrophic circumstances in Gaza and the seemingly unconnected events in some countries.
Gumi’ s investigation went beyond religious boundaries, observing that non- Muslims also showed sympathy for the Palestinian people’ s situation.
