Hospital Nurses Dumps Very Sick Woman Under The Scorching Sun In Front Her Husband’s Shop- See What Happened

A disturbing incident occurred on Desalu Street, Odo- Ona, in Ibadan South- West Local Government Area of Oyo State, leaving residents in shock and disbelief. An sick woman, Blessing Ayeni, was reportedly left in front of her husband’ s shop under the scorching sun by officials of an undisclosed hospital on Friday afternoon, January 19, 2024.

According to eyewitness reports, the hospital officials claimed that Blessing had been abandoned at the hospital since last year, prompting them to bring her to the known address of her husband’ s shop. The officials purportedly stated that Blessing’ s husband had stopped his responsibility for her medical bills, urging residents to implore him to provide care for his ailing wife, at present he was nowhere to be found.
Additionally, the hospital officials alleged that they had made multiple unsuccessful attempts to get Blessing’ s husband to take responsibility for her treatment, claiming that her immediate family members had initially shown up at the hospital but later ceased contact for undisclosed reasons.
As a result of this incident, Blessing was left lying on the ground outside her husband’ s locked shop, under the scorching sun.

Concerned residents, however, were unable to offer immediate assistance, as the hospital officials warned them to stay away from Blessing due to a purported contagious ailment. Eyewitnesses described her as frail and vulnerable while she remained unattended.
